The OnBoard 35 Air may be installed either with or without the Infant Car Seat Base. However, using the adjustable 2-position recline base makes achieving the proper rear-facing angle a whole lot easier. The base features a Belt Lock, which easily secures your vehicle seat belt during installation. Install the car seat using either your vehicle's seat belts or the car seat's LATCH connectors.
