Congratulations! As a first time mom I found your website truly helpful! But the best is the possibility to live chat with a customer service representative who can solve questions and doubts!

I live abroad and needed to know the size and weight of the carton of my chosen car seat in order to make international shipment arrangements. To be honest, at first I just thought I would never get the information if I wrote an email, but then I found about the live chat possibility and, nevertheless, I was still not very sure I could get the information; it was a complete surprise when I got it in 2 or 3 minutes!!!!!! After that, when I made my purchase there was a little problem with the credit card billing address; well, I got the friendliest email asking me to verify the info I had provided. It was a real person writing directly to me! Anyway, CONGRATULATIONS! You have GREAT customer service! I think customer service is the number one factor that makes a difference!

Here is some feedback for you. First of all I am very impressed to receive a follow-up email explaining that my purchase has been shipped and a tracking number given. This is a first for me. Even when I have ordered computers close to 2K never has a company sent an informative email. Your email may be computer generated but I enjoyed the more personal touch from usual computer gen ones. For example saying " thanks so much for shopping with us and have a fantastic day!" I also hope the staff at elitecarseats have a fantastic day.

Just wanted to add our compliments on the super fast ship of this car seat! It was exactly as ordered & delivered within 2 days to KS. As a compliment to Britax on the Regent, this is the second one our daughter & son-in-law have owned. They are very pleased with the excellent ratings it has. She said our 2 yr. old grandson looked so relaxed on his first ride in it. LIke going from a VW to a Cadillac & couldn't believe how great it felt! Their only regret is not knowing about this one initially when their 3 yr. old was born. They could have saved some serious $$ on in-between ones since this has such a wide range of adapatable wt.range!

I am just writing to let you know how pleased I am with the service you provided, as well as the product I purchased. As a mom of a 3 year old who just seemed to be growing out of her old car seat, I found your website extremely helpful when trying to decide which car seat to purchase. I ordered it on Friday and it was at my home on the following Tuesday. I found your prices to be reasonable as well, and the free shipping was an added bonus! After reading all of the reviews of different products I chose the Britax Frontier car seat which both my daughter and I love. I was wondering how I could do a review of the product for the website if possible. Many of the reviews I read shared some concern over the installation of this product so when I got it I made sure I got comfortable with the seat and the directions. After doing this it took me no time at all to install it. I had no problems whatsoever, and I must say, it is in tighter than I have ever gotten any of my other car seats. Thank you for your excellent follow up on this order. The 2 seats arrived via Fed Ex at noon today. They are very nice and we are glad we took the time to look over all the other brands before deciding on this one. The seats are for our two grand-daughters, age 7 and 8. We have a 2005 Buick Ranier and the seats sit nicely on the back seats, although Buick did not provide the snap-in locks for these seats. The seats are made well, attractive, allow a good slant to the seat so the girls can easily see out the windows and we like the soft seat, the fact it is washable, removable, and we like the lining on the bottom of the seat units that sit directly on the leather car seats, it is more protective of the seating. The little cover material is nice for the seats, so when they are stored and not in use they are kept dust free too. We will use them for the first time this Saturday. We will let you know what the girls think about their new booster seats in Grammie and Grandpa John's suv.

I recently ordered a Safeguard seat and the Radian 80 to check each of them in my vehicle. (I had previously attempted the Regents but had to return them due to the poor fit in our vehicle. Thanks for that no-hassle return process!) The Safeguard by far offers the best fit, and I would like to return the Radian to you. I had purchased the return shipping insurance, and I apologize for not having my order number available to simplify this process for you; I cannot locate the previous emails with that information. I understand the procedure of you sending me a FedEx shipping label via email, and I will then take the seat to our local FedEx drop off site.

Today, I ordered a second Safeguard seat so I should finally be set with new seats for both of my older children!

Thanks for all your help! We had previously purchased our two jogging strollers (a single and a double) and a number of car seats from your site, and I wouldn't even go anywhere else for these items. I have recommended you many times and thank you for your help!

First off, I'd like to thank you very much for the expert customer service I received from your website. It was very professional, and my shopping experience with elitecarseats.com was fantastic.

The reason I shopped with you is because you offered the same stroller I was looking for at a discounted price. In addition, the shipping was very reasonable and quick. I very much appreciated the return insurance, as I was not sure the stroller would work for me. It turns out it did so I will not be needing it, however at $3 it was money well spent.

Lastly, the stroller, Graco Quattro Tour Duo stroller, is a fantastic choice. A solid, simple stroller which will accomodate my newborn and toddler perfectly. Graco offers the heaviest weight capacity for my large toddler, and all of the comforts, stability, and ease of break-down Graco is know for. I am a tall mother, and to find a stroller (much less a double) that will save my back on long walks can be troublesome. This stroller is perfect. Easy to put together as well.

I am so pleased that the car seat I ordered has already shipped. I had bought another brand of car seat at a local store, but when this model with side impact protection and a higher weight limit was released late last month, I decided it was better for our family. Since it is such a new product, most web sites are saying it would ship mid-February, or that it would ship directly from the manufacturer in 1 to 2 weeks. I am quickly approaching my due date, so that kind of delay was not acceptable to us. I was surprised and pleased to see that not only did your company have the seat we wanted in the fabric style we wanted, but would ship on the same day we ordered. Most companies charge an extra fee for this type of expedited service. Your shipping rates are also about half what other companies are charging now. And I love the return shipping insurance. I am always hesitant to buy large, heavy items online because you end up losing money if you have to pay shipping to return it for some reason. But even after purchasing the return insurance, my total shipping charges were still less than those at other web sites. When I called to ask a question about return shipping insurance, my call was answered quickly by a friendly customer service rep (without having to listen to a bunch of menus and press a lot of numbers!), and she was able to clear up my confusion right away. This has been a very positive experience and I look forward to receiving the product. We will likely be purchasing several more car seats over the course of our son and daughter's childhoods, and I will certainly come back to your web site first when we do.

The first call was placed on a Sunday and answered by a very helpful human being. The second call was made during the week; and although I was placed on hold, it was only 15 seconds before someone came on line. They both were extremely friendly and informative. I'm thinking about putting my 4 1/2 yr old back into a 5pt harness, he's taller and about 45 pounds. I've recently had it brought to my attention that side crash data isn't so good for the regular belt positioning boosters are higher speeds. It makes sense to me as an engineer that for a smaller person it might be a very bad deal. I also have a just 3 yr old girl, 33#s that only has another 1/5 inches in her Britax convertible and therer's no way I feel she'll be ready to deal with a belt booster.

My research has brought me to the Safeguard Go Booster. I like that it goes up to 60#, 52", is very portable, the booster hooks in by latch and the price is affordable. The company also seems good and safety conscious. Are there any other options out there you know of that I'm overlooking or haven't found. I was very impressed by your comments to people on the reviews and think that's the way a "technically"-smart company should run, that's REAL customer service you rarely find!

I have been searching for the elusive Graco Snugride Infant Car Seat with EPS, in Giselle, for the past two months. Although I am not sure how or why the Elite Car Seat website was not part of my frustrating quest, I could not be more happy about my recent transaction! Starting from the phone call, which was on a Saturday morning, to the delivery less than one week later! It didn't appear that this particular car seat was available, but I am thankful for the smooth process and appreciate the fact that I never had to leave my house at eight and a half months pregnant! I actually placed this order with another site, tinyride.com, and after no status for almost I week I contacted them, come to find the item was on backorder.

I just wanted to let you know that your company and your service were wonderful. Thank you for a terrific experience. I had originally purchased both a Britax Parkway Booster Seat and a new cover for our Marathon car seat from BabyUniverse.com. I received the Parkway booster seat, however, after waiting for several weeks, the car seat cover never arrived. When I called to inquire as to the status of my order, I was told, rather curtly, that the cover I had ordered was discontinued. I never received a call or so much as an email informing me of this change. I'm not sure when they planned to let me know it would never be arriving.

I really wanted the gray cover because my 4 year old wanted "the same car seat as his older sister." I started searching online for a company that might have a gray is continued cover left in their inventory. That's how I found Elite Car Seats.

Your representative was kind, courteous and very helpful. He placed me on hold while he personally checked your inventory, confirmed that you had two left, and sent one of them to me right away!

The cover is perfect and arrived very quickly.

It's awesome! I love it - it installs easily and was a great deal considering the way the thing is built. It is a tad heavy when switching from car to car-but more than worth it. I've gotten so many commpliments and I'm ever so glad that it's adjustable. My child is only three and we had to already move it up a notch to 2. She's still too skinny to be put in a booster seat, but too tall for the other carriers so this is PERFECT!!!! It's also one of the only ones that will let you mount in your center rear seat just using lap belts and latch. I might even purchase other versions for the other vehicle.

I called in to order a specific carseat and after listening to what I wanted she directed me to another carseat that she feels would better suit my child. She also told me that I would get a military discount since my husband is in the military. Christina spent, at least, a half hour talking to me and never made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. Thanks for your nice email. I did purchase a Recaro in January and is here is what happened: I loved it so much, I immediately purchased a second one for my younger child who didn't even really need a new carseat! ha ha ha! He was in a Britax Roundabout, which he inherited from his big brother, and I absolutely loved the Britax. But now I can't imagine buying anything but a Recaro, and my husband agrees. My kids love them as well, and my older son already has his eye on the one with the speakers, ha ha ha!

The service was phenomenal, I received the seats in record time, both times. I had been trying for over a week to get one from a local store and they were giving me the runaround. The representative from your website/company who I spoke with over the phone was terrific, (even though I placed both orders online, I still called and talked with someone), and all in all the purchasing experience made me a faithful customer. I have recommended all my friends to buy from the site and to buy Recaro. It is well worth the money, and again, the service was unmatched.

I'm very happy with the item and even happier with the service I received. Delivery was fast and realtively inexpensive for overnighted shipment. Your company charged me about 25% of what some competitor wanted to charge for overnight shipping and I'm pretty certain it was not due to proximity.

You advised me a couple of weeks ago on the Compass B500 - And, I'm REALLY VERY satisfied with it. It has exceeded our expectations. Thank you! My son LOVES it (though we're all adjusting to his newfound freedom - there is much that is accessible to him now - including his little brother!) I like that it has the 'wings' and they are completely unobtrusive to his view. He sleeps well in it - no bobbing of the head. It's terrifically easy to adjust. It's comfortable for him and definitely more substantial a seat than ANY (other than the Parkway) I'd seen in the stores. I really like the option of the cupholders and how they neatly tuck away when not being used, a rarity in car seats that I've seen. I also like the fabric real well, too. All in all, everyone is very happy with our choice. (Well, everyone - except for little brother! We've assured him that he will have his own after he turns 4 next December.) Liam sits so nicely in his seat and can even belt/unbelt himself with ease. There is a lot less lollygagging about getting seated in the car. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you - for all of your help, guidance, and patience with me. I appreciate it and plan to order from you next time. I have even recommended you to my sister-in-law! I was looking for an internet store that provided free shipping via Fed Ex (as I find it quicker than UPS), low prices and not too far from my home state of Ohio.
