The uber cool clek oobr Booster Seat features a mod look, LATCH installation, an adjustable headrest, and a drink holder. And when the need arises, convert the oobr from a full back booster to a backless booster. clek delivers one slick belt-positioning car booster seat in the oobr. With such a cool look, older kids will probably sit in the oobr without complaint. As a full back booster car seat, the oobr is for kids 38 - 57 inches tall and 33 - 100 lbs. As a backless car booster seat, the oobr is for kids 40 - 57 inches tall and 40 - 100 lbs.

Installation: Install the oobr using your vehicle's LATCH anchors in under 10 seconds. The oobr's rigid LATCH connectors actually connect the booster seat to your car, preventing the oobr booster car seat from becoming a projectile in the event of a collision when your child isn't riding with you. Even if your car doesn't have LATCH anchor points, you can still get a firm "install" with the oobr by wedging the LATCH attachments in the crack of the seat.

Please be aware that some vehicles Lower Anchors are positioned on the OUTSIDE of the vehicle seat belt connectors. When that's the case, it is not possible to LATCH in this booster seat because it will not allow access to buckle in the vehicle seat belt while in use.

WOW Booster Seat

I just got this seat last Monday and been lovin it since we got it. My 3 year old son loved it too, he is very comfortable in the seat. I never had problem with the latch system, it was very easy to put in and take out, even my husband learned so quickly. This booster seat is very sturdy with an amazing fabric. I have one problem now that I needed your help in fixing it. We had our friends watch my son yesterday and she dropped the seat on the ground, and now it had some black scratches in it that I can`t seem to get rid of, I tried different cleaning supplies but none worked. I don`t know if anybody knows how to fix this? I just don`t like the dirty look of it.

Loved it...but returned it!

This booster seat is fantastic with its super latch system and design. But, IT DOESN'T FIT ALL CARS PROPERLY!! I have a Land Rover LR3, which is a bigger SUV. And although there is plenty of room to accomodate the booster seat, the latch system created a problem because it covered the majority of the seat belt buckle/receptacle. My 7 year old daughter could not buckle herself in. And, I could barely do it for her! I think this seat would work well with cars that have an extended seat belt receptacle. Don't forget to buy the Return Shipping insurance! I somehow missed that option at check-out and had to spend $25 shipping the booster back!

Love this! Finally

I, too, almost cancelled my order (that I placed in June!). I am so glad I waited. This is such a sturdy booster. I was shocked at the construction - it's rock solid, not the slightest bit flimsy. I read the instruction manual for over an hour, and when it came down to it the booster clicked into the car in less than 3 seconds. I love the recline function and my child seems to love the comfort of it. I'm so happy I waited! You will not be disappointed.

Seat Depth too shallow

I was very excited to get this seat because of the LATCH. It is a fantastic seat if you have very short legs. With the back on, my 4-year-old's legs are a good 2 inches too long. The seat back would definitely be tall enough, but I cannot understand how a tall child could fit in the seat properly. If you take the back off, you gain another 2 inches, but then I would've just bought the Olli instead. Check the dimensions before you purchase to make sure your child will fit. I'm so glad Elitecarseats offers return shipping for $1. Great web store!

The Best Booster Seat

We just got our seats for my twins after a long wait. I was very close to canceling the order, but I am so glad I didn't. I love the latch installation. The ability to recline the seats will be great for long trips. This is the sturdiest booster seat I've ever come across.

Safety and comfort!

We just got this Clek Oobr and it looks extremely safe and sturdy so much more than the one we replaced. I love that the cushion on the bottom can come off for easier cleaning, as well that the material is stain, bacteria and moisture resistant (perfect for my pre-schooler)! I also love that it reclines and the head rest moves as your child grows!

Luv the Clek

Well, it has been a long time coming. I like the other gentleman have been waiting for a booster with a latch. While there is a lot of talk and concerns regarding having a booster with a latch system. I feel it is wise decision..We have latches on our cars seat and carriers, right? After doing tons of research my concern, as with most mothers, is that the seat belt would not catch if you did not have the movement of the booster along with child; therefore, preventing the seat belt from catching. I even sent the NTSB a note asking about the pro's and con's of the latch on a booster, there response was of course all children should be in booster's per state laws, but they were looking into the new boosters with latch system and they were neither for or against it. While I think it is to each his own as to whether or not you prefer a latch, here are the reasons I LOVE IT...... 1. Installation was a breeze as were the instructions. 2. The feel of the fabric is so plush, all my daughter kept saying is"it's soo cozy!" 3. First day, my daughter spilled her choc milk..it cleaned with the damp rag (WOW) 4. MOST IMPORTANT...While the seat is secured with the latch system, the back still moves so that if we were in a collision, she would still have movement to help the seat belt catch. Not to mention side impacts. With the latch the seat stays in place, preventing the booster from moving side to side. Which is the big concern. 5. While most boosters also highly recommend that you secure your booster when your child is not in it, with the Clek that is already taken care of for you. That was one of the things that didn't even cross my mind until I started doing research. The boosters can become flying torpedos if you were in a crash and your child did not occupy the seat and it was not secured. Since having kids I have been a big fan of Britax. Well, folks not on this one. Clek has NAILED IT!!!! Hope this has helped you! The only thing I did not like about the booster was the price! While I feel there is not price in the safety of my child the price tag was a little much. Also, please excuse tyop's and bad grammar, I am typing this while as always multi tasking. breaking up fights between the kids, cleaning up..well you get the picture!!

Worth the wait

We were going nuts waiting for this to ship, and almost gave up, but now that we've got it, I'd definitely say it was worth the wait. I've always liked the idea of a booster with latch, and clek's rigid latch system works perfectly. Installation and removal couldn't be easier. My six year old loves the look of the seat, and immediately remarked how comfortable it is. The fabric is nice and soft on the skin, and the head rest is perfectly sized to give protection and comfort for naps on long trips. My daughter really loves the recline feature too. The seat has a very solid feel probably due to the magnesium core that wraps around the torso. I also like the fact that the headrest is secured by two steel rods, which look much stronger than the flimsy plastic extensions seen on so many other seats. This thing really looks like it would hold together and protect a child in a powerful impact. All in all a very impressive piece of engineering from both safety and ergonomic/comfort points of view. We're extremely pleased with the quality of this product, and will probably buy a second seat for my wife's car.
