Peace of Mind

I have a 10 year old with special needs. We don't have the money for a wheelchair van so we fought insurance for a year to get this covered. We've had it for four years. It's so reassuring to have the security of a 5 point harness for your child. I have a small car (Pontiac Vibe) and it's snug, but it fits. I'm able to get it in an tight so it doesn't move at all. It has grown over the years with him and we still have several more years he'll still fit. He's at 63 pounds and about 40" tall. Best investment for the long term.

The Ultimate in Safety

This car seat I have had for 2 years and my son has never been so safe. He is autistic and cannot use a regular booster seat or else he would get out of it. With the harness and the well-constructed sturdy seat I feel confident that my son is as safe as he can possibly be. And the fact that it holds up to 105, we will have it for years to come.

Best I've Owned!!!!!

I have a 3 year old who I bought it for with no special needs but is very big for his age which makes traditional car seats a bit snug and too short for him. I bought it and not regretted it a single day, I only wish I would have found this years ago when my older child was young. The price may shock some at first like it did to me but there is not a price for your child's comfort and safety. Some are fortunate to find one discounted or second hand. If you get the opportunity to buy one I highly recommend it.

We used this seat for our son from age 5 to 10 and found it great. Easy to transfer between cars. Heavy but comfortable for the user and he was always secure. Gave us reassurance that he was safe.

Occupational Therapist Loves It

I have recommended the seat and acquired it for two of the children I see. They are 6 & 8 years old. My year old granson has a Britax Carseat sold at a retail store. Each of the seats has worked wonderfully. I was worried about the size, but once the Traveller Plus is in the car, it is comfortable and very easy to adjust.

Really big

It's hard to tell by the picture but this car seat is almost the size of a car bucket seat and is extremly heavy. I could not lift it out of the box. Although it claims to have a min weight of 22 pounds, my son was way to small for it at 22 pounds. Nothing fit. I sent it back. It does look like an awsome seat for an older larger child.
