Great overall product

I purchased this stroller after extensive research. I love my P&T vibe....I take it running, walking, we stored it in the back of a Honda CRV along with a myriad of other baby + beach gear and headed south 12 hrs to South Carolina...it was great and took up a minimum amount of space.
I love the ride...Scarlett is 9 mos old and adores it.
The downsides....the tires do need maintenance, you must treat them like bike tires and make sure they are properly inflated, but this isn't a big irritation. The sun shade is a real issue. Not only does it hit your hands but it doesn't really fully cover the baby. My sister has an Uppababy, and while that stroller is a terrible running / jogger, the sunshade is amazing, and, the position of the child's seat is really nice (up high).
I wouldn't trade my P&T, but I would love a re-design of the sun shade!!!!

I love my vibe. just spent a whole day in the city with 3 kids, 2, 4 and 6 yrs. they all had a ride and a sleep. We rode the subway and got into the smallest bodegas. Great big canopy, clip on cupholder and plenty of room in the basket. looks great with yellow cushy ride seat liners I bought with it.

Owned it for a year

I have 2 kids under the age of 3 and when I was pregnant with my 2nd I did a lot of research on double strollers. I found the VIBE, which had great reviews and chose this as my double stroller. I was very excited about it and always receive comments on it. However, after the high cost of it and only having it for a year it seems to be slowly falling apart. The sunshade which we purchased never fit right so we have been unable to use it, the front seats seat belt broke (I dont know how), the hand brake is in an awful place and is constantly hit by accident and now one of the back wheels is deflated. I dont take it on rugged terrain and we are not rough with the stroller (although baby strollers should be durable anyway). I do love my vibe but am sad its not to the quality I had hoped especially for the amount of money we paid.

Great Stroller...just a few things

We love our new Phil and Ted's Vibe Stroller. It is perfect in ALMOST every way. For a stroller as expensive as this, I had hoped for perfection but am slowly learning that perfection may not be feasible.
The stroller rides beautifully and my son is very comfortable in it. With two kids, the bottom seat is a little small, My son is only 16 months and his head hits the bar. I dont know why they didnt make the doubles kit back a little longer. Also, the sun shade does hit your hands when your not using it and lastly, the brake. Oy! The break is in a terrible place. I constantly hit it causing the stroller to jerk forward and me run into it. I am hoping I will eventually get used to the location and sensitivity of this.
Overall, the stroller is a great buy and compared to the other 1,000 we have tried it seems to be the best one yet, even with these little issues :)

This is the perfect stroller for twins if you live in the city. LOVE everything except that sunshad hits the place where your hands are on the bar.

Great Stroller for Two!

I have been using my P&T's Vibe for about 2 weeks now. I use it almost everyday for Baby Boot Camp, errands, etc. and have found one flaw and one nice to have. The flaw - the sun canopy. This thing is such a nusiance, it gets in the way and it so flimsy. The clamps are cheap and scratch the frame when they pop off daily. The nice to have - inside pockets for kiddo drinks or treats. My BOB had this and I seem to miss them. It would be nice to be able to tuck my daughter's cup in her seat. Other than that I don't have any complaints. I can see where the brake, handlebar, and folding could pose a problem but I haven't had a problem yet. I have found that I enjoy this stroller more than my BOB Revolution and it really works for my family. We only own one stroller (just the way I do things) and after careful consideration between the BOB Revolution Dualie and the P&T's Vibe Dual the Vibe one out mostly because of size. I can easily take my Vibe everywhere I go and I don't have to worry about being to wide.
I haven't been able to use it for two kids yet (expecting #2 in Nov.) but I am sure that it will be great. Looking forward to great times with the Vibe!

Awesome Stroller

This was an upgrade for me from the buggy. I love it and it looks amazing, but the 1 flaw it has is the handlebar. It is too bulky and not very easy to push (in comparison to the sport) Everything else is great, just something to consider if you are spending 700.

Excellent Stroller

I have a toddler (almost 3) and a 10 month old. This stroller is excellent and I receive so many compliments on it. I had the Phil & Ted's Sport and just sold it to get the Phil and Teds Vibe. (The Vibe wasn't out when I bought the Sport). I liked the Sport but felt the Vibe was a better stroller. The Vibe is much sturdier and easier to navigate then the Sport. The doubles kit is a HUGE improvement. The ease of use is very impressive. Although I do think this is the best tandem all terrain stroller on the market, I gave it 4 stars because of the following cons:
1. The sunhood drives me crazy. If you collapse it, it rests against the handle bar (in the straight position) making it uncomfortable to hold onto the stroller as the hood hits your hand. You can move the hood forward but its looks strange and you should be able to collapse it without getting in the way of the handlebar. The Sport had the sunhood rest much lower than the handlebar so it wasn't an issue. The sunhood is nice to have but its a nuisance.
2. The basket is suppose to be bigger than the Sport but its hard to place anything in there with the doubles kit on and my 10 month old sitting there. With the Sport, I was able to much easier place items in the basket with my infant in the doubles.
3. The handlebar is too wide and isn't very comfortable. You get use to it but I miss the Sport handlebar.
4. The hand brake is great but don't put it right in the middle of the handlebar. If I have a drink in one hand, its hard to push the stroller when you can't put your hand in the middle of the handlebar.
Bottom line is its a great stroller, but its not perfect. Just a few minor fixes and it would be 5 stars! I would recommend it because there is nothing better on the market that met my needs (all terrain, compact, sturdy, double stroller). I do like the Vibe over the Sport primarily because the doubles kit and brake is much easier and the stroller feels more sturdy and easier to manuever.

Great stroller worth the money

I LOVE THIS STROLLER! It is all I could have hoped for in a double. I wish I had known about it when I had my first one. My kids are 16 months apart and the stroller is perfect. The older ones loves to sit on top as the baby sleeps in the bassinet and I don't worry because there is plenty of room! Great wheels and does great in the city and in the malls. BUY IT you will not be disappointed!
