Easy to attach to frame. It does not feel very secure, but I think that is me being a new mom and being worried. Took our son out for his first walk and it worked out really well. Our Chicco carseat fits perfectly.

Does the job but tricky to get right

We have an Urban Elite and thought the Multi Car Seat Adapter was a good idea for carrying our Chicco Keyfit car seat.
The Car Seat Adapter does what it's designed to do and will hold the car seat very securely but it's tricky to get the car seat secured.
The Car Seat Adapter attaches to the frame using a combination of press-studs and 2 clamps. Fitting it is straight forward but the enclosed instructions are absolutely useless - the pictures are too small to see the details of which studs attach where on the frame. Note: both the bassinette and the regular seat must be removed to install the car seat adapter and vice versa.
Installing the car seat is relatively straightforward - it simply sits in the cradle of the car seat adapter.
Important note: The instructions completely omit to mention that to properly secure the car seat, the car seat needs to click firmly into the metal frame at the front of the adapter. This secures the seat to the frame as it does in the car seat base. Clicking in takes some error and is difficult to get right. As a secondary measure, the car seat adapter has a strap that wraps around the car seat. It's designed to slot into the seatbelt slots on the car seat but the strap is positioned too low to reach the slots on the Chicco Keyfit.
It takes a bit of adjusting to get the car seat secured properly but once in it is fine.
Overall: A good idea but a bit awkward to install the car seat securely. Instructions are totally inadequate.
