While the Valco Latitude Single Stroller comes complete with a car seat adapter, the included adapter fits only Graco and Britax infant car seats.
The Maxi Cosi car seat adapter is a small part that will be added to the standard Latitude adapter. The Peg Perego car seat adapter is a complete adapter, hence the higher price.
