The Graco TurboBooster is a backless belt-positioning booster. The TurboBooster from Graco is for children 4-10 years old and 40 - 100 lbs. Features include retractable cup holders, a machine-washable seat pad, and adjustable padded armrests.
This is a very minimal seat, great for kids who are almost ready to ride without a booster seat, and for kids who don't like to feel like they're riding in a "baby seat" with a back and head rest.
