Our Review of the Graco Snuglider
The Graco Snuglider is a battery powered mechanical rocker that uses the carrier of a Graco SnugRide infant carseat or Graco SafeSeat (Step 1) as the seat. You simply take the seat portion of the Graco SnugRide out of its base and place it in the cradle of the specially designed Snuglider swing – bambino and all. Then, just switch it on and watch your baby boy or girl sway away.
Many babies are very comfortable in their car seat, and getting them out of a harness while they?re sleeping is often enough to wake them up, screaming. For a child who hates being in her carseat (as my daughter did) the Snuglider can foster a pleasant association with the carseat, making it a place to be placid instead of inflamed.
The Snuglider?s rocking motion operates at variable speeds, it has a two-speed vibration function, five classical songs, and soothing nature sounds for maximum relaxation. The Snuglider has a wide-open top that makes getting the SnugRide carrier in and out of the swing cradle a snap.
The frame of the Snuglider weighs just 8 lbs., and breaks down easily so that you can take it wherever you may need it.
