The Graco DuoGlider LX stroller is a more affordable version of the Graco DuoGlider LXI. These tandem double strollers from Graco are quite similar, each accepting two Graco infant car seats at once and offering secure, comfortable seating for toddlers up to 40 lbs. The Duoglider LX stroller provides parents with two kids the convenience of a Graco double stroller at an excellent price.

BENEFITS FOR MOM AND DAD

Perfect for parents with twins, the Graco DuoGlider LX begins as a tandem travel system, and keeps working to carry both kids up until they're 40 lbs each. Because parents with more than one child face twice as much work, the convenient features of the DuoGlider LX make every trip away from home a little bit easier. Both your children will be comfortable and (hopefully) complaint free, thanks to the easy push and smooth ride offered by this Graco double stroller.

Convenience

The DuoGlider LX folds down flat with just one hand and accepts two infant seats at once, meaning every transfer from the stroller to the car (and back again) will run a lot smoother. The extra-large lower and load storage basket beneath the seat can store all sorts of essentials or new purchases, and the parent tray and organizer at the handle keeps the most important items within easy reach.

Pushability

As a tandem stroller, the DuoGlider LX is easier to navigate through narrow spaces than a side-by-side double stroller. And at only 30 lbs., the DuoGlider LX is also relatively light for a double. The front wheels ride on a spring suspension and lock forward for tighter control over tough terrain.

Compatible Car Seats

BENEFITS FOR JACK AND JILL

Two infants, two toddlers up to 40 lbs, or an infant & toddler combination can ride in safety and comfort in the Graco DuoGlider LX tandem. No matter what the combination, both passengers get their own comfortable reclining seat and smooth ride. The rear rider in the DuoGlider LX gets the benefits of a raised perspective and a fully reclining seat - and everyone has their own tray for drinks and other goodies.

Comfort

Once your twins or infant child outgrows their Graco infant car seat, the two tandem seats offer an excellent place to rest and ride. The front seat reclines to two positions, while the raised rear seat drops back all the way to a full recline for sleepy toddlers or an infant outside his or her car seat.

COMPARISON

For a more heavy-duty and full-featured Graco tandem stroller, check out the Graco Quattro Tour Duo stroller with larger wheels, a tighter fold, cushier suspension, larger seats, and a higher max weight capacity. Like the DuoGlider, the Quattro Tour Duo accepts two Graco infant car seats simultaneously.

Graco DuoGlider

This is a great stroller. We purchased it with the Snugride car seat and they work very well together. The stroller really glides and is very easy to use. The basket has quite a bit of storage and I like that it can fold down for easy access when the car seat is placed on the back seat of the stroller. I also like that the sun canopies are nice and big. We would highly recommend this stroller and car seat combination.

I love my DuoGlider

For the mom with two small children this stroller is great!! For a double stroller, I felt that this stroller folds up really flat for storage in the trunk. It holds 2 Graco car seats. The rear seat sits up higher for the child in the back. It is easy to assemble and lift. The only thing I don't love is that the car seat is a snug fit to get into the back seat of the stroller and the cup holder at the top for parents to use blocks the view of the infant in the back seat when in the car seat. These are both things I know I can live with though. Everything else is GREAT!!

I bought this stroller about 6 months ago! I Like it alot. I have a 4 year old and 7 month old. My 4 year old is really tall and she still fits in either seat. Closes/Opens easy. Wheel has fallen off a few times...but not a big deal.

Great double stroller for the money. Easy to drive and steer and the drop down basket is a great feature. Without it you could never access the basket when the seat is folded down flat. Material is comfortable and seems to be easy to keep clean.

Good, but basket doesn't offer lower/load capability

I really liked this stroller online (the central park model) and thought it was one of the nicest Graco strollers I'd seen only to be disappointed with the basket. They advertise that it can hold a whole day's stuff, but don't tell you that you can't access it without putting up back seat; so if you have an infant in a carrier you are out of luck. Who would think they'd offer the load/lower capability on some models and not on all! Also, the front canopy has a problem with sometimes locking in the down position thus making it hard to pull back without bending the insert point. Several friends have had the same problem and just take it off. Otherwise a nice stroller.

Outstanding Double Stroller

I purchased the Duo Glide replacing a double stroller I had that was very difficult to manuever and very heavy (and not very old). This new stroller is great. It is easy to put up and down, lighter than my old one but more than that, easy to manuever around corners, into stores, etc. I can even make turns in the neighborhood one handed with a coffee in the other hand (both seats occupied). I highly recommend this stroller.

I love this stroller. Durable, roomy, manuverable!!!

Sure it's on the heavier side but it is made to carry 2 kids and a lot of your stuff so it is within my expectation. It is easy to manuver around tight corners, the canopies are pretty big, the under storage is huge, very easy to collapse, and the bigger wheals get over bumps and curbs well. It took me a few times to fit the carrier/carseat in the rear seat position without clockin' my 22 mo old in the head in the front seat with the carrier. That is the worst I can say about it. I love the fact that I can completely shield the baby in the carseat in the rear seat with the canopies but have the rear of the stroller open for some airflow. The cup holders and storage compartment on the bar are generous in size. We call it our LIMO. I get compliments all the time on it; that is partly because I bought the metropolitan fabric. Trips to the mall?! No problem - if the bigger kid wants to walk then I put all the shopping bags in that seat.

It has made our life with two so much easier!!

We ordered this stroller just before a family vacation and it came just in time. I can't immagine what our vacation would have been like without it. We have two children, a nine month old who is crawling, almost walking and into everything and a very independent twenty seven month old. I never thought that she would want to ride in a stroller since she usually has her own agenda, but she loved the fact that she could ride with her sister and she had her own place to put things, ie. drink, snack etc... I would highly recommend the DuoGlider. The other great perk is that if you have the snuggride infant car seat, it fits right into the stroller, which really comes in handy when your infant is sleeping and you don't want to disturb him/her to go about your life.

affordable, sleek looking, fairly functional

The Duoglider is probably one of the better double strollers on the market. We have the Metro model (black with silver) and it looks a lot sleeker than most. It is pretty bulky, but most all the doubles are. There are a few areas that could use improvement. The basket is very large, but difficult to access with the infant seat. The infant seat is a tight fit and it makes it difficult to use the cup holder. Seems like some of the problems may be solved when we are done using the infant carrier. Overall, good product.
