Our Review of the Bumbleride Flyer stroller

The Bumbleride Flyer is a fun stroller made to suit your own personal style. You can simply change the color of your Flyer on a whim with the Fabric Sets sold separately.

Best of all, the Flyer's handlebar reverses so you can stroll your child in two different modes: front and rear facing.

Bumbleride has also taken the traditional stroller design and added some unique features for comfort such as the sun canopy with a zipper for easy installation and adjustable handlebar. In addition, the folding release snaps, individual wheel brakes, wheel lock bar, folding lock and easy handle reversal make the whole system easy to use. A five-point safety harness is also included for baby's safety.

The included infant car seat adapter works with a wide variety of popular Infant Car Seats including:

The reversible option isn't available on any other Bumbleride stroller. However, the Queen B is something to check out if you?re in the market for a truly flexible stroller that can work as is, with a bassinet or even as a tandem double stroller.

Authorized Bumbleride Dealer
Bumbleride maintains an authorized dealer network which protects you from buying used, illegally imported or fake Bumbleride strollers.  In addition, Bumbleride's warranty only covers strollers purchased from an authorized retailer.  Bumbleride products purchased from any unauthorized retailers on eBay or any other auction site voids the warranty.

UPDATE

Reviewer: Leslie McDermott , MA Date: October 04, 2008
I said I loved my stroller in May. Today, after using a lot, I cannot say this any longer. After reading other sites reviews, I agree with them. In the reverse push mode, it is ridiculously hard to push and almost IMPOSSIBLE to go over a curb. It is also hard to push going in the forward direction. There isn't enough cushioning so the child can bump their head on the left or right bars very easily. Too much stuff in the basket causes it to drag. Cup holder always falls off. All in all, it looks good, but I wouldn't buy again! Searching for another one!

Love Mine!

So far so good! Prompt shipping from Elite! Love the reversible handle & adjustable foot rest. Great canopy & foot muff comes standard! Third child so i've been thru a lot of strollers! Once you get the "hang" of how it steers (have to keep the brake on the wheels closest to your feet!), then it's a cinch! Going over curbs in the reverse position (baby facing you) is a little tough but "do" able. Cup holder isn't so great but not everything can be perfect! Very happy. Would buy it again!

Great Stroller

Reviewer: Anonymous , San Diego, Ca Date: November 21, 2007
I have a 3 month old baby girl and I have been using the stroller since day one. I did have to get the wheels replaced because the one we purchased made noise, but bumble ride sent us a new set right away. We also ordered a new cover so we have 2 complete sets. I also use my Snugride car seat in it all the time and it looks great. People think I purchased them together. My husband is 6'2" and this was the only stroller in the store that he didn't have to slouch over to use.

Love this stroller!

We purchased this stroller 6 months ago for our newborn. It worked great with our carseat (Snugride) and without. We love the option for the child to face either direction! My baby is now 6 months and teething so he loves to chew the padded handle across the front. That is something I would have never thought of but he cries everytime he tries to chew on the hard, plastic tray of our jogging stroller. The padded handle really keeps him busy! The cup holder leaves a little to be desired but I've yet to meet a stroller that doesn't! I would buy this stroller again and again!

BumbleRide Stroller

Reviewer: Scott , Nampa,Idaho Date: March 20, 2007
I purchased a BumbleRide Stroller 2006 and I love the features. Only one complaint I can have is that the strollers wheels vibrate which causes the stroller to have a loud creaking sound. This sound because very annoying in quiet places. I am wondering if something is wrong with the stroller.

Comments from The Staff:

It's possible! If you're still within your 30 day warranty period, please give us a call, and we'll see about getting the damaged stroller back, and getting you a new product. If you're outside your 30 day period - give a call to BumbleRide at 800.530.3930, as the product should be covered under warranty.

Great stroller!

Reviewer: Vladlen , San Francisco, CA Date: March 02, 2007
We bought this stroller online. So far we are happy with it. We use it with infant car seat and just as a stroller for our 3 year old while the infant is in the "sling". We like the reversible handle option a lot. The only negative comment is that underneath cargo carrier is rubbing on the wheels while the stroller is in the facing you position. We had to shorten it a little to remedy this (my wife has sewing machine). Otherwise, great stroller and very light too.

The Flyer is great!

Reviewer: Ann North , Seattle, WA Date: August 31, 2006
The Flyer has everything I was looking for in a stroller. I love the reversible handle - it is great to have the option to face my baby. Swivel wheels make turning easy and the Flyer glides along nicely on smooth surfaces. Love the customer service at Bumbleride - they are prompt, helpful, and friendly. I am really happy with how easy it is to fold the Flyer and it is light enough to lift in and out of the car without a struggle. Lastly, I love the look of this stroller. It is modern and simple with bright, beautiful fabric. This stroller is beautiful!

Loving the Flyer

5
Reviewer: Anonymous , Los Angeles, CA Date: August 31, 2006
I have had my 2006 Bumbleride Flyer for six months now and I love it more each day. My favorite things about this stroller include the reversible handle which allows my child to face me or the world, the swiveling wheels which make maneuvering a breeze, and the boldly colored machine washable fabric. Furthermore, I am extremely pleased with Bumbleride's customer service department. I received a prompt and friendly response to my e-mail and felt as though the company really put a priority on ensuring my happiness with my Flyer. I would buy this all over again and highly recommend it!

Pain in the A..

2
Reviewer: Kristin , Cochranville, PA Date: May 24, 2006
I saw the BumbleRide on this site and went to check it out. The stroller is absolutely beautiful! The problem is in folding it up. My husband and I actually had to get on the ground to latch it, and when it was finally locked in place, it was so big, heavy and awkward to carry. This may be a great stoller if you live in the city and never have to fold up a stroller, but otherwise...

Comments from The Staff:

Ok... something is wrong. I just went out and played with the one on the floor, and it was super easy to lock into place.... I suggest you call us, bring it back where you bought it, or call Bumble Ride to figure this issue out. Let's see if we get more comments about this, but ours works fine here, so my guess is that something is wrong.

It is a bit awkward to carry after folded, but where are you carrying it? They really are meant to stroll, and be folded for storage or just putting in the car. That's true with any stroller.

Thanks for the feedback.
